About
Tatiana Minaeva is an international arbitrator with over 20 years of experience in international dispute resolution. Prior to establishing her independent practice in 2025, she held partnership positions at major international law firms, where she led the representation of clients in complex commercial and investor-state arbitrations across multiple jurisdictions. Her experience spans disputes across a wide range of sectors, including energy and natural resources, finance, construction and infrastructure, aviation, shipping, commodities, technology, and international trade.
She has sat as arbitrator since 2014, including as presiding arbitrator, co-arbitrator and sole arbitrator, under the Rules of the LCIA, ICC, SCC, SIAC, DIAC, HKIAC, ICAC (MKAS), LMAA, as well as in ad hoc proceedings. Her appointments include experience in expedited procedures and proceedings requiring active procedural management within compressed timelines. Tatiana’s expertise reflects a combination of extensive experience as counsel since the early 2000s and over a decade of experience as arbitrator across multiple jurisdictions, legal systems and languages. This dual perspective provides practical insight into the conduct of complex proceedings, evidentiary assessment, and decision-making in cross-border disputes.
She is ranked as “Highly Recommended” in Lexology Index, Arbitration 2026, 2025. Before that as a Global Leader in Who's Who Legal: Arbitration (Counsel, England & Wales) in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024; prior to that featured as a Future Leader in Who's Who Legal: Arbitration for a number of years.
